SYNC 2 is the 8 Inch touchscreen.

F3 was released in 2014. All currently sold vehicles should have the F5 SD-card which was released in March 2016.

Apparently there was a free update to f4 as there was a fault on f3 to do with post codes. I had a f2 on my 2014 focus, got a f5 SD on e bay for £25. I would have thought a new car should have f5, which is 6 months old.

Someone's probably swapped it, or its old stock only recently registered.

When does etis say it was built?

The f5 I got seems OK, still flagging up speed cameras. Maybe check settings?

All you need to do is go into settings and select visual warning. This will display in the small screen in front of steering wheel. An icon will display. I much prefer the audio warning myself.

shouldnt a responsible driver already be aware of the posted speed limit on the road he/she is driving on without having to be told by the sat nav ?

not the point i know but i'm an awkward git so i made it anyway.

kids today expect their arses wiped for them  ;-)
