James Alexander
Quick question, can we squeeze 200bhp from a 2.0 tdci 2010 focus, without hybrid turbo or bigger injectors? Currently have 180 bhp and 300ft torque. Had remap (quantum tuning) st intercooler, egr delete, and ram air induction. Car has no dpf (lucky!) If its the same ford lump that was in my Volvo (134bhp 2.0D no DPF) - then 180 is pretty much the full squeeze without having to change some major parts i.e injectors and bigger turbo. Was following some tuning threads via Volvo forums and one claimed 240 but the engine bay wasn't anything near stock... Also, making sure the intercooler is the right capacity for your turbo - if its too big it can have a reverse effect on power.
