Rear fog and silent indicators.

Hello

Newbie here. All help much appreciated. 

2009 Focus 1.6 Diesel. There's no sound at all when I use the indicators - any ideas on a fix? Dash lights are fine and external lights all work. Normal flash rate. I'm stuck!

Also my rear fog light is out. Swapped bulb that works (reverse light) but no luck. Interesting thing is the bulb in the not working fog light looks fine (no busted filament) but when I test the bulb somewhere else (the reverse light) said bulb doesn't work either. 

Oh one more thing. Got 18 inch alloys but no space saver tyre. I'm about to eBay for a replacement. Are they're any pitfalls to avoid or do I just follow my nose?

The lack of sound from the indicators would be the speaker on the dashboard potentially. Does it chime when you leave the side lights on and open the door with the engine off?

Rear fog light, sounds like a fuse has blown.
