Chucky341 Posted November 3, 2016 Share Posted November 3, 2016 Hello I got a ford mondeo 2010 the radio in this car is rubbish its ford Standard 6000 cd stereo But the radio Signal is rubbish so I was wondering which stereo do you all recommend dab one if they are better but I defo would like the steering wheel controls to work is it straight forward as swapping over the head unit & what else would I need if any thing thx in adv Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
pragmatix Posted November 3, 2016 Share Posted November 3, 2016 If your signal is rubbish then just upgrading the head unit won't work the standard set up is not that bad, your problem may well be Ariel related some mondeos have been prone to corrosion in the Ariel base.
