Tbf, we did all start somewhere, I'm just suggesting he may not have the experience yet that others do.

Very diplomatic!

Even professionals get it wrong at times.

We had a Transit Connect dog carrier come back from a service and after a couple of days we noticed a bad clunking from the front nearside on pulling away and braking.

We thought loose brake calipers but on removing the hub cap found that all wheel bolts were loose and within a full turn of each bolt of the wheel falling off.

It was a Halfords Centre though so no surprises there.
