Hello you lovely people!

I have a Ford Focus LX 2005 1.8tdci and just lately, I have noticed that the heating has stopped working on number one, then the other day, number two stopped working. So I am left with 3 and 4!

anyone know what the problem is?

Thank you!

Heater resistor pack. Remove glovebox as find the blue or black park with 4 wires going to it.

As in remove the whole glovebox?

there is no way to access this blue or black thing without doubt that?

You can do it without but it's easier with it out. 3 screws just under the glove box and then open it twist slightly and then pull forward. It's really easy when you do it.

I had to do it on a Rover 45 once, not being mechanically minded it took me an hour but that was from knowing sweet FA to actually having to do the job.
