Mk3 Tit X Ambient Footwell Lights Part Numbers

Can anyone help me with the part numbers required to extend the multicoloured ambient footwell lighting into the rear of 2012 TitX?

I've read the guides on here but can't see anything specifically related to the Titanium X.

I've found the following (interchangeable??) part numbers but I'm unsure if these are the multicoloured variety.

BM5Z-13776-C
BM5Z-13776-D
