MrDibble
I have found a nail in the tyre.and I'm trying to remove the wheel to repair it. I have loosened 3 of the nuts but have found that one is round and the spare wheel wrench is too small. How do I remove it? There isnt any obvious tool to remove it. I have attached a picture as well. I'd really appreciate the help.
tazzman600
Hi pal. That's your locking g wheel nut. The round bit is a cover. Just pull it off and hope you have the wheel nut key somewhere.
MrDibble
Thanks for the help . I doubt it. What should the key look like?
Stoney871
That's not a cover, that is the newer style locking nut.Instead of the previous style where the removal nut matched a pattern on the face of the nut, now the removal nut matches those notches on the outer ring. You should have a removal nut in the glovebox or with the spare wheel in the boot.If you haven't, look for a small card which will have the nut code for obtaining a new one (not cheap).Sent from my SM-G930F
Stoney871
If you can't locate the nut or key card then you'll need a removal tool-http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251858606571Sent from my SM-G930F
