Focus rocks back and forth on engine start

Hi All,  

New to this forum.  I was wondering if any focus mk3 auto owner's experienced this problem of engine start up and the car rocks back and forth on pressing the engine start for about 2, 3 seconds.   It's like to want to go but doesnt!!!

And this is in park and handbrake engaged on start up?
