There was a video of one loosing control and hitting the back of a pickup, totally and utterly destroyed it. I'll see if I can find the video

Makes me think twice on choosing a Mustang or a Camaro on holiday!

It lost some points for not having features like automatic emergency braking, not having a light to tell you if the passenger airbag is on or off, not being able to fit a child seat in the rear etc, at least it has an ncap rating ferraris, lambos, Porsche etc don't and people stil, want to drive them, lol.

if you're going to the states and want one, do it, just got back from Florida and had a V6 mustang auto convertible for 2 weeks, perfect for out there, they are so common though as is the Camaro.

We do the same in Florida, had a few of the last model Mustang now, but last two trips have been Camaro.

Will probably be a Mustang in June

This one?

That's shockingly bad structural integrity in my opinion.

The mustang in that video is the previous generation model.

Lets hope the new ones are built slightly better, and the drivers thereof have a bit more between their ears...

Ouch that was a nasty! Didn't look like it hit hard enough to do that more damage.  Obviously can't tell properly from a video though.  Hope the guy made a full recovery.

not really cool is it? I had one of these on holidays in florida too. And old Audi R8 is one of the strongest cars in this departments, they tried to destroy it shooting Iron Man and they couldnt.

Smashing your car sideways on into effectively an rsj is gonna hurt.

I go to American shows both here and in the USA, sadly there are always a bunch of numpties who think it clever to drive like the fool in the video, and a collection of equally dumb people who like to watch. It it far worse in the USA than over here, but regrettable wherever it occurs.

More power than chassis, handle like a one legged cat burying a turrid on a frozen pond, and a two star safety rating.

I want one!
