Anyone give me a reason why these new parts have white paint dabbed over them ??

Just wondering 1490272169360.thumb.jpg.621aba141eb76da5

Maybe a quality check mark during production?

I don't know if this is the same for all brands but i know fiat use white paint dots for parts interventions, meaning the designs been changed slightly either material of strength or shape and this is a way of them knowing if the vehicle has had the upgraded/changed part.   Not 100% sure if all manufacturers use this method though

It's normally a process / quality visual aid to say the bush had been pushed onto the arm according to a he correct process and checked
