Irvsax
I am about to get a new Kuga and my brother (who works for ford) says there is an annoying bug when you are using CarPlay in that if selecting navigation it will always take you to the CarPlay maps instead of the sync3 built in sat nav. Does anyone else else have experience of this? if so, does it mean you have to unplug your phone to stop CarPlay and use the built in navigation? That does seem annoying and a bit redundant to have sat nav. But although apple maps is good I would generally prefer the built in nav. So Is the only way to use the built in nav to unplug your phone completely?
Gabbo_21
From what I've found yes, but you can still have your iPhone connected via bluetooth for calls etc...The other annoying thing with it all, and a few friends with Sync 3 also find this on their iPhones is the ringer volume always goes to high every time you connect via bluetooth Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
