briscaF1
Hi, I tried to order some bits from Eurocarparts today which turned out to be confusing thanks to one of their agents in the live chat. I've got a 2010 Focus 1.6 100BHP. I think the timing belt kit (INA) is this one: http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Ford_Focus_1.6_2010/p/car-parts/belts-chains-and-tensioners/engine-parts/timing-belt-kit/?348778518&1&3ea97fc2a46afd93d24ca49fb94a212a5d476c4d&000332 I think there are two aux belts: one for the air con: http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Ford_Focus_1.6_2010/p/car-parts/belts-chains-and-tensioners/engine-parts/car-drive-belt/?202777265&1&1d7baa7de296c45a117c96f80e6cf67f199faba3&000108 and the other for the alternator etc: http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Ford_Focus_1.6_2010/p/car-parts/belts-chains-and-tensioners/engine-parts/car-drive-belt/?202777285&1&0d3d200c076dbb0a8307066a2f3f98037cabac16&000108 The guy on live chat told me that the timing belt kit isn't correct and gave me the Dayco part (which is the same fitment years+teeth+width) instead. Can someone please confirm that the above are correct? Also, a mechanic mate of mine is going to do the timing belt but he hasn't got a locking kit. Is one of the £8 ones off eBay suitable? Something like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Camshaft-Setting-Locking-kit-Tool-Timing-Pin-For-Ford-Engine-Zetec-Focus-Puma-UK-/132039039287?hash=item1ebe23d937:g:KnYAAOSwZQRYV5Xe Thanks for any help
briscaF1
No one knows if these are the correct items?
Micro
I can't help you with if they are the correct parts, but I am looking to do my own belt (possibly)! So keeping an eye. I think you are correct, that there are two belts (auxillary), and one drive belt.
