Noymad
Just about to purchase a titanium sport with a satnav and was wondering how the satnav gets updated and does it cost to update it?
iantt
how old a kuga are buying? up to and including the sync 2 with nav, the maps are sd card based and new sd card becomes available once every 12 months at a cost of£100 but on eBay they can be found cheaper. if your talking new or nearly new then sync 3 with nav has its map data pre installed in the sync /display and i believe this will possibly be updatable via usb or over wifi. the dealers dont know how yet from what im told and hear on this forum. also no news on cost. Noymad
It's a 16 plate with sync 2 so SD card then? Does it still work if not updated?
iantt
yep just the map data will be out of date as time goes by. think latest sd card is either f6 or f7.
