Upholstery cleaning

Do you ever clean your car upholstery with anything other than a vac?

The Focus has just been treated to a thorough going-over, seats and carpets, with a carpet/upholstery cleaner.  If you think a vac cleans adequately, the amount of ingrained dirt that the real thing removes is amazing.  This gets done annually on a sunny day and freshens up the interior.

I am comparing a normal vac such as Dyson with an upholstery/carpet wet cleaning machine such as Bissell.  That's why you need a warm day as the upholstery is left slightly damp.

James, I use Rug Doctor detergent in the Bissell and it's very good.

Well i have rented and taken back the rug doctor and i'm massively impressed!

£22.99 for 24hrs and i did my house and car in that time!

Bought the carpet detergent and already had an upholstery cleaner spray.

Car seats have come up looking brand new and my house carpets are looking fresh!

If you haven't tried this yet then do so!

Cheap, easy with great results!
