Problem with my focus it's not charging battery and when you turn the steering wheel both head lights come on any ideas please? 06 tdci

Well if the battery isn't charging there's probably a fault with your alternator. The other problem is a bit more bizarre but hopefully someone more clued up will be along. Odd that there is power getting to your lights when the power steering motor is working but the light switch is off...
