Noymad
My 16 plate titanium sport diesel is sitting at 43.3 mpg, 75% of my driving is on motorway.
Big Keith
My ST Line 17 plate 2 litre diesel 150ps averages around 47 mpg I reset it every time I fill up. This is mixed driving if I'm in town a lot it drops to around 43 mpg . The most I've had out of this car since May is 56.8 mpg on a 300 mile journey. I'm really pleased with the mpg coming from a 1 litre ecoboost fiesta I don't spend hardly any more money on fuel ,amazing for such a heavy carSent from my iPad using Ford OC
Kuga1966
I have a 18 plate Kuga and im getting around 32 mpg, and its got a 1.2 litre 150ps. Last week it cost me £70 and got 391 miles. It's a joke. Got it booked in this Thursday and service guy said today we will check it but said we will not find anything.
MattCrane
16 plate 2.0 Titanium X 180ps Powershift local driving in Cornwall lucky if I get mid-high 30's Mpg. Best I ever had was 43Mpg on a motorway run home from Birmingham to Cornwall.
statts
My mates got a 1.5 ecoboost awd auto titanium currently averaging 26.6mpg but doesn't go far when used. official figure is 37.7mpg. ford have recently annouced in new price guide that with the new economy figures (wltp) that same car averages now 30.1mpg but round town it is 23.3mpg which frompersonal experience is about right. Chucky341
I got a 68 plate ford kuga eco-boost St line 1.5 petrol my mpg is about 28 - 30 if I am lucky on motorways about 34 so not great but on a another note if I put £20 in petrol every 3 days I get more petrol for my money then if I fill the tank
schnipps
I have had 4 kugas since 2014, first was a 140 tdci 2wd which was fine on fuel around mid 40’s short journeys. Second was a 180 4wd that was noticeably worse I would say 40 at a push but more high 30’s. Then I had a 150 tdci 2wd pretty much the same as the first car. i then bought a Ford Edge 180 manual and if you think a kuga is bad for mpg you haven’t experienced an edge. Amazing car looks wise and it drives nicely but the fuel economy is pretty much 310 to a tank, so a 55 liter tank is about 73 quid now. Granny driving I get 32 mpg around the doors and if I put my foot down mid twenties at best. It’s a big heavy car so kind if it be expected but it again harks back to the totally ridiculous mph figures from ford.
Guzzilazz
Had my Mk 2 150TDCi Tit for about a month, and I get early 40's(42-43) for my normal mixed driving (short journeys in the week, longer at weekends) and get high mid 40's (46-47) on longer trips. WIth the proliferation of average and fixed speed cameras, I only m'way cruise at indicated
wayne85
Short trips around town and back and forth to work around 5 mile each way with Kuga 1.5 Ecoboost 2016 I avg around 27mpg.

stev443
180 titanium X short journeys getting 30mpg and 40mpg on a run only done 11000 miles hope it gets better but from what i have read it wont by much, coming from a VW touran same journeys 48mpg short runs and 60mpg on long runs, not 4x4 or as heavy but better engine (maybe not on the emissions lol) Kuga was never going to be as good on fuel as the Touran but i thought it would be slightly better, still a good car for what we wanted. seem to get 5mpg better (35mpg and 45mpg) on Shell V power diesel but only use that every 4 or 5 fill ups for the cleaning agents too expensive to use every fill up. rogercr
Overall I'm getting 42 MPG town country and motorway. I take my foot off the excelerator early when I recognise I have to stop. Stay back from the car in front when it keeps excelerating then braking so give yourself a smoother ride. I cheat sometimes and go into neutral when it's safe to do so and am not holding up the person behind.
