I've got a Fiesta mk7.5 which I've had for 4 months, I've noticed a rattle/creak/knock when I have the front windows partially open. More so on the passenger side. You can take it back from the place you bought it from if you wanted, not sure if it counts under the consumer rights act though. Worth a try if you can get it done for free.
