Ford focus 2.0 tdci clutch judder when fully depressed

Hi all. I have a 2010 focus 2.0 tdci manual. I have noticed a judder only when the clutch is fully depressed and at no other time. When i am at say a set of lights with engine on idle there is no vibration but if i rev the engine then the judder comes back while sitting there. It judders at speed only when changing up or down. I can live with it for now. Car has done 54000 miles. I think maybe the DMF but clutch dont slip and bites low down and pulls well with no noise from clutch. Would appreciate any advice thanks.
