You can, but you might have trouble making it look pretty. I've snapped a flip key part way down the key blade. The car was still running and I had the fob part in my hand lol. Tried contact epoxy cement stuff, crap it just came off again. Ended up drilling and pinning it. It worked, but looked gash.

You could cut the key off each fob and drill and pin them like I did. Unless of course the key blade looks the same on both keys. In which case you could just take the key apart and swap them over.

It will be easier to get a replacement key head, as it's a 2003 i'm assuming it is a Tibbe type key? -

This eBay seller will cut to the key code, send them a good photo of the as new working key blade you have and they will sort it out pretty quickly.

If you want, you can P/M me the photo and I'll tell you the code, they are pretty easy to read as stated in the eBay listing info.

Example-

You start at the key body end and work to the tip-

The horseshoe blade mount pops off the key easily, just twist a screwdriver in the rectangular notch at the back of the key.-

Wow I never knew you could do that through eBay. Something to make a note of anyway. I sort of assumed, which made an ***** out of u and me, that it would be a flat key blade like mine and every other car I've driven.

That's way easier to do than what I said.

Laser blades are more tricky to read and cut, Tibbe ones are a doddle.

I even have a Tibbe reader and pick which has been used a few times (with owners full consent),

I've even rebuilt a few keys in my time.

An oppo of mine knacks his keys on a regular basis as he's a total numpty, keeps putting them in his washing machine and ruining the RCL boards.

This is why older cars are the best. None of this having to call out a specialist or go to the stealership everytime your car has a fault and it needs a £2000 computer to plug in to fix it.
