Hi all got a fiesta mk5 on a 51 plate anyone know how to change one of the headlight bulb needs changeing because the drivers side light has gone dim is it a straight forward job or do i have to mess around takeing everything off cheers alan.

Mk5 is almost the same as a Mk4 so changing the bulbs should be quite easy

Your manual will tell you how to change the bulbs

It is quite difficult to change the bulbs with the lamp units in, best to take them out

Job will take about 5 mins

All you need is a new bulb (of correct fitment) and a screwdriver

Thanks for the reply so do i have to take the grill of and the whole of the head light out.

yeah the top grille is held in at either end but it pops out easy enough, then remove the screws so you can take out the headlamp
