Guide to removing the centre console top trim and / or the 12v socket

Just knocked this up for a Forum Member and decided to make a proper guide.
If removing just the 12v socket then you do not need to remove the whole trim but if you need to get to the wiring underneath or want to add more sockets/aux connection or a press start button then this may be handy.
