#505941 Immobiliser And Alarm Question

Posted by ponsaloti on 25 July 2015 - 12:16 PM

That's a bit of confusing Dave.

No such thing as a master key on these fords.

Doesn't matter who or what you point the key at, its a radio signal that's sent buy the remote.

If you were local to me , we charge about £180 to come out and supply and programme a remote key for this ford .

It's an old post but give me a call if your not sorted.

I can put you onto a trustworthy autolocksmith in your area.

Dead easy to de-code.

You know theres always at least 1 number 4.

You can plainly see there are 3 other heights on there.

#490572 Only One Key Fob When I Picked The Car Up Grrrrrrrrrrr

I'm a bit lost. Are you saying you can set up an Autolocksmith business for less.

I have over 30k in machines/computors and stock in my van, plus the cost of the van, plus the cost of running the business etc etc

Then there's the cost of running the shop.

We could argue over this for ever but, unless your in it, you wont see what it cost's to run it.

I don't have a clue what your 2 business's are , and i'm sure they are very successful but my point was and is, paying £143 for a ford remote is a little steep but  isn't really over the top.
