Chipped Paintwork...not Happy
25 August 2011 - 06:24 PM
Some A.Hole has managed to chip my paint work on the drivers door with what looks like their door, I havent even had the car a month! The mark stands out like a sore thumb and was wondering if anyone can recommend on how to not make it seen so easily. I have put some lacquer on it already as it has taken the top layer off. Would anyone suggest using touch up paint?
Bluetooth - Phone Directory Empty
07 August 2011 - 08:55 AM
I have a Nokia N79 and when i try to call someone via the bluetooth in the car it says Directory empty but yet it displays who is calling when someone rings.
Is there a way to transfer the names over or is it a case my phone is too old?
Thanks

Fiesta 1.25 Or 1.4 - Petrol Versions
17 July 2011 - 01:21 PM
I was wondering if anyone can give me a bit of advise please.
I am looking at changing my 53 LX Fiesta (its a great little car but brother is wanting it) for a nearly new version. I have been looking at the 1.25 Petrol 82bhp version or the 1.4 Petrol in the zetec model. I have tested both 1.25 and 1.4 versions and i cannot tell the difference, is it me? The only difference is that the 1.25 is a little lighter and the steering is more responsive.
What would you go for, the 1.25 or the 1.4?
I have seen a really nice 1.4 zetec in white with parking sensors but doesn't have bluetooth... how much would it be to fit the ford bluetooth to the car?
Thanks

Master Clutch Cyliner
03 March 2011 - 07:03 PM
Hi
I have just had my master clutch cylinder replaced in my Mk6 53 plate fiesta but as soon as i went to drive it off, the noise from inside the cabin didnt sound right at all. It seems to me like a hole hasnt been filled or a seal has broken.
I have taken a few photos of the new master clutch cylinder and attached them to this post. The first 2 were taken from the engine bay looking behind the engine and the last 2 were taken form behind the clutch pedal.
I have been told that maybe they have missed a grommet or a seal off when they were fitting the new one.
Would someone be able to clarify this?
Many Thanks
Tim
