We are unable to get the radio out....it requires certain tools (entered into four holes) and it is a public holiday today....hence why we are trying to do it ourselves.
Bugger not sure where to go from here, except miss out on music for our 8 hour drive tomorrow.

hi vanwheeler the numbers you give are not the ser no, you will have to pop out your radio and look on the ident tag on the back or side of the radio. the ser no will start with the letter 'm' followed by six digits, re mail me and i can give you the code.
