Mountune Induction Kit Q

Does the kit make any difference? I already have the k&n panel filter so all I need is the Sacco pipe which I can pick up on eBay for £25 which together with the panel filter I got would be a good £30 cheaper than mountune sell it for. But before I go and spend £25 will the pipe make any difference to the standard one?
I'd quite like a bit more noise but I'm sceptical as to wether it will do anything....

a chin spoiler for the front? currently got a euro splitter on the front and as each day goes by i want a more simplistic and subtle look to my car.

does anyone know where i can pick up the mountune spoiler/a similar model for fraction the price? i could of sworn months ago i saw them on ebay for £30 but cant find that anymore and will not be paying £155 to mountune for it!
