Everyone seems to be flying ahead with the mods, and you start thinking 'oh i want to do this and that' and you start getting feeling like your car needs more...

 

Just take a pic, sit back and admire!! lol

 

Hope someone will be able to help with this one, its happend to me twice this week...

 

Basically i get in the car, start the engine, put it into gear (be it 1st or reverse) release the handbrake and go to pull away, then crunch!!

It feels as though the handbrake is not disengaging on the one side. Like the car will drop or raise slightly as if the handbrake was still on, the i get a loud crunch then it seems fine...

 

Has anyone had any similar problems, or have heard of this before?? if so how do you go about fixing this??

Annoying thing being that i just had last service and m.o.t  last month, so warranty now finished,but ive only put 40-60miles on the clock since having it done.

 

and its not the knocking sound you get at 12mph before anyone replies with that one lol

 

Any other suggestions or ideas will be much appreciated!!

Ok so i have got my 3rd year service coming up which is the expensive one at £270 but recieved a call from ford stating that an MOT is needed aswel?? is this correct as i assumed i wouldnt need an MOT until the fourth year...

but the woman on the phone from ford offered me an MOT at £30 plus 15% off the service cost as i have got really low millage.
what do we think??

also do i have to get it serviced from ford or can it be any licensed garage as im sure it will be cheaper!!
past experiences and knowledge will be much appreciated!!

hi all,
just to let you know i found a guy selling the mud flap set for the zetec S...
£40 for the set of 4 mud flaps, the 2 brackets for the rear wheels, and the flaps are marked up for drilling to save messing about. Also came with extra scews for if you wanted to add additional fixing points like i did on the front flaps.

ive got afew pics but was dark when i fitted them, so ill get more pics on the weekend




like i said ill get full pics of the car on the weekend, when i can get pics in the daylight...
If anyone is interested pm me and ill pass on the details...

Just a quick question, can someone confirm the colour of the wires for the rear speakers im pretty sure it is purple/white and grey/white
