As above as long as you give it a good run sort of 20 mins half hour at motorway speeds is more than enough for the car to do a regen cycle on the dpf. I also have a 1.6 tdci the turbo lag is just something you put up with in the beginning until you adapt to it or floor it so it's always on boost like me :). The ecu could be anything mine was recalibrated just for 17" rims. So could be anything

I believe so yes my aftermarket alloys are 42 and I've never had any problems and ford never said anything when it's been in for services

Why not test the port for f25(drl) to see if its live and just use that it should be ignition live either that or use the 60a one you found and fit an inline fuse

If you want to buy uk to support the economy buy silver ones from a uk sell then support your local paint shop aswell. You will be able to get black ones but they will take a bit of finding

Either bad earth or not enough voltage getting to it. Make sure it's earthed to a clean piece of metal ie no rust

This may explain why I've never had to top my oil up and is this normal as mine did this once before about a week after the service light came on and now its done the same again

Mine has also recently come up with this symbol but mine is due a service as I've done nearly 12000 since the last one never knew it meant fuel in oil though I have the same engine as you 95bhp tdci
