this happens to me but its a loud squeek when i turn left and happens at low and high speeds when turning. im having breaks changed on Saturday so could be the same case with yours with regards to the humm! its worht a check to see if the alligned properly and things.

 

however, im hoping the squeek will go with the change. but i will see if they can check the barings too. quite embarrassing around town when tunring left and there is a sound only dogs can hear hehe!!

I did that and it works initially but once I speak in to it, for example I went to send a text it would say ready to send it and then the ford system would say not possible lol. Is this because its not really designed for this Siri function?

you bring a good point with putting air con on regularly as i havent put it on in a while and when i do it does tick every 30-40 seconds, and i dont want it drinkning my pertol hehe. but i shall put it on on the way home from work (10 miles at 70MPH) and ill do it again on the weekend - i forget that i have to put it on regularly!!

 

i may need the air con gas or what ever it is looked at on my next serive at ford. they charge like 60 i think for it but i dont want it breaking as knowing my luck the sun will come out including a heat wave (unpredictable british weather) and then be boiling in the car lol

personally id go for the fiesta ST (new shape) or the new clio, like previously stated wait to see what the renault sport looks like maybe - i got a feeling that may be really good going on what the new clio looks like now
