Did you change the clutch/flywheel yourself?
not sure what your exhaust problem could be though if its leak free? perhaps one of your silencers is nackered
Or it drumming on the chassis, also check the turbo pipe front right as you are looking at the car this can hit the chassis leg and sound like blowing

also try checking the turbo boost pipe which runs up the front of the engine on the left as you look at it. these can also split giving the hic up as the turbo spools up.
Not that on mine been through most things all seems well only happens at 1500rpm on a light to trailing throttle
