#376971 What Polish Do You Use?

Posted by gregers on 21 June 2014 - 07:50 PM

bit of both really(being a tight wad) :D ,saw it being used at a show years back and you can put it on in direct sunlight and wipe it off.BUT it is a tad dusty.it does give a good shine and used to win loads of awards from auto express, but i assume there are better products out there now,ive been using a large 1ltr bottle for a few years now.

you can also use it as a wash aswell,i put a capful into a bucket of water and using my 1 way brush n hose kit(cant remember the correct name) can wash my smax with 1 bucket of water, done this with my old galaxy aswell.

#361611 2.0 Tdci Or 1.6 Ecoboost

Posted by gregers on 07 May 2014 - 08:24 PM

from a personal point of veiw i would always go for the bigger engine, admitidly i havnt driven either and dont know how they react, but a few years ago i had a fooksol zafira mk2 1.6 ltr on hire.and it put the fear of christ up me,felt totally uneasy pulling away from junctions and roundabouts because it was totally gutless.i was having to rev the nuts off of it and the thing just sat there.

i used to own a tdi mk1 zaffy and that went like stink as soon as you pressed the go pedal there was instance response .

bear in mind these are not small cars to be pulled by a small engine.

best thing i can suggest is to give both versions a really good test drive.
