#309428 New Rules On Dpf Removal Starting Feb 2014

Posted by markw96 on 06 December 2013 - 09:41 PM

Pulls like a train all the way, bags of torque. Had a choice of economy, hybrid or performance, so naturally I went for the performance lol. The remapping it's self don't take long at all, it took longer to sort the dpf out (cut & weld job) and yes I had it on the rolling road before and after. They even tried it on the rolling road with just the dpf removed physically & from the ecu (no enhancements) and it gained 10bhp.

Get it done, you won't regret it! I had mine done last week. I have gone from 107bhp to 143bhp! It's like driving a different car!

#303984 Elm And Dpf Advice

Hi all, well I brimmed my tank last night and this morning I have had the eml light & dpf light come on. I've checked the error code and it's saying that the dpf fluid is low! I have a couple of questions really?

1: would it be ok to continue driving the car like this, if so how long for?

2: should I just get the dpf gutted and get a remap? The car has done currently around 86k and I haven't had any dpf problems until now.
