Hey again, new question, in general terms how strong are the 1.8 zetec engines? Wot sort of power and abuse can they take in standard form? I got a 1.8 zetec 51 plate black top that goes like stink. But im wondering.....

Mk1 Throttle Body Upgrade

Hi all. I got a 51 focus 1.8 zetec 3dr (115). Im looking to upgrade the throttle body for summat similar and affordable. So 2 questions. Is the 2.0 (130) zetec body bigger than the 1.8. Also will an ST one fit straight up?

I did all this with my old 1.6 escort and fitted a 1.8 si body with filter and de-cat exhaust and know it made a hell of a difference so am looking to do the same again.

Any help and opinion welcomed.
