ive heard you can get free haynes manual pdf's off the internet, but i cant find any. anyone know where i can get one from or fancy sharing their pdf with me? btw ive got a 1.8 td so will need the diesel one. many thanks to anyone in advance

Just bought a 1.8td 1997 mk6 escort to do long runs, which is why i bought a diesel. But over time, when i dont need it for long runs anymore, could i put a petrol engine in it? the diesel engine is painfully slow and would like a 1.8 or 2.0L petrol engine one day.
