Where is the best place to buy headlight (H7) and sidelight (501) bulbs at a reasonable cost?

I.e if Ebay which seller?

If other online store which one?

Also looking for something with a very white and powerful (but legal) output.

OK this has probably been thrashed to death but I'll ask anyway:

I have 195/45/16R 84V tyres on my car currently, If I was to swap them to 195/50/16R 84V would that create a significant difference in the speedometer measurement?

Ok, so I bought a set of heated Mist-type front washers, I assumed that my Ford ones were already heated seeing as I have a Titanium (yes I know foolish of me to assume).

My question is: can I fit these ones in such a way as the heating wires/element is shielded while not in use or should I just buy a set of unheated ones and flog these?

Does anyone else handbrake sound partially seized up if you disengage it after the car was sitting immobile for a few days?

If I move my car after sitting a few days the handbrake comes off, but it sounds like it has jammed for a split second and makes a crunch/snap noise before loosening.

Any ideas?
