heater, funny smell?

when i turn my heater on  laterly i get a funny smell like a burning plastic type of smell blowin through and it not very nice, how can i get rid of this? solve it? or check it out?

I Recently been looking at new Rim's and tyre's Etc.. and was wondering if a Set of Rims with tyres at 195/50/15" or 16" would fit a mk4 fiesta?  anyone know??
