Hi all,

I know it's another 'here we go again' topic but I am very intrigued.

What fuel I use in my car has never really been at the forefront of my mind, just filling up when I need to wherever I am at the time with the standard Unleaded. But are there any pros to using certain types of fuel?

I know in some performance cars and tuned engines, it's important to be using the right stuff, but for my '10 zetec S is there any real difference across the range?

Just thought I'd check as if theres some potential benefit in MPG or performance then it's something I'd start doing.

Hi guys, bit of an essay coming...

I took out an 8k loan for my 2010 fiesta zetec s. I've always loved the focus however being young it wasn't an option, so started the fiesta route. However, now being over 21, I have done numerous searches on insurance quotes and I have been pleasantly surprised. I'm currently paying £156 a month and for a focus it would be £98.

I absolutely love the new model focus st however I'll never have the money for one of them! Which is why I'm eyein up the old model st. There's plenty up for sale now that the new model is out going for 7-10k. I have been offered a trade price of 7k for my car so would get more privately so could potentially afford an st, with an insurance quote coming up as low as £98 a month.

What do you guys think about this? Is the fiesta to an older focus a wise move? What are the reliability like of the focus st?

Just a quickie really, I wanted to see/know how many use the Ford Options? Is it a good scheme? What are the pros and cons to it? Reason being, I'm on a 5 year loan for my current car, thinking I could sell my car privately, pay off the loan, may even make a profit to lay down as a deposit on the new fiesta, and the monthly repayments would only be £98, which is cheaper than what I'm paying on my loan (£193) so maybe thats one route to take, thoughts?

Hi all,

I'm a bit dubious about lowering my car due to bumps etc but it's something that I'd love to have done to set it off nicely. I was a bit worried about the 35mm drop, however I read somewhere that the zetec s is already lowered 20mm to standard, therefore these springs would only lower it a further 15mm? If thats the case that would be fine, although I don't fancy a 35mm drop.
