Squeaky Brakes

Hi guys,

Just wondering if I can ask you about the squeak coming from my brakes. I've done a couple of long runs recently and noticed that only when I'm braking I'm getting the squeak. Had front disks and pads replaced in sept and have only done around 4000 miles since then. Could it be the back ones on their way out or something else?

Headlight Rant

Can someone tell me why the headlights are so hard to change on the m6.5? Am I doing something wrong? That unit is a bugger to get out! Grrr!

Water In Rear Door

Hi guys,

Just opened the back drivers side door and water started coming out of the two little holes at the bottom. I could see they were full of crud (dunno how) so I got something to poke in the holes and water started pouring out! There was enough to make  a puddle on the floor. I cleaned out the holes, let it all drain out and squirted some wd40 in there.

Is that enough to sort it? Is there a prob that causes water build up?

Locked While Running

Hi guys,

Just running a quick one past you in case I mess up my locks or something worse! I've got a mk6.5, 1.4 which has been standing since the snow came on Fri. It's still snowed in so I was wondering if I went out and started it, could I lock it with the spare key so I could leave it running for half an hour or so without worrying about it getting pinched :)

Fuel Cap

Hi guys,

Just a quicky.... I've had my 2006 fiesta for a few weeks now and of course love it to bits. I have just one thing I can't figure out. When I go to pop some petrol in there is nowhere to put the cap. Every car I've had there has been a little lip or holder to put the cap in when refuelling. Am I being blind... is there one or is the cap just supposed to swing there touching the paint?! :wacko:
