Yeah definately a well planned job I'd stay overnight aswell. Would be great if there were quite a few of us, all the spirit blue Phils lol and I'm sure torchwood would come up aswell

My son's a Tom as well so when he gets his ST3 he'd come along too

We should organise a camping trip/driving roads tour :)

Good idea Nathan but you don't want the camping gear in when driving the roads, far too much excess weight.

I'm with esure as well. Seems there's a bit of a trend here with ST owners and esure.

That'll need some planning Tom to get us all there at the same time. Would probably have to be an overnight for us as it's a good 4-5 hour drive each way. We need a resident Welsh member to guide us as well.

Snake Pass is OK but too busy especially at weekends with the bikers, and too may police.

The Ribblehead run one I've not done yet, I would think Buttertubs would be better however.

Best roads I've driven are in Wales, excepting Scottish of course which are a bit far for a day trip for us Yorkies. Did North Wales last summer around Bala and Ffestiniog and the Evo triangle they are awesome roads around there.

I do also fancy doing the black mountains in South Wales

and some of the Scottish roads but would have to make it a weekend trip I think.
