joys of having a disc out of place in lower back past 13 weeks, prescribed heavy pain killers but don't take them very often as they leave me pretty mashed but when i do i like to make the most of it lol pain free for a few hours

I totally feel for you Lenny went through that myself 3 or 4 years ago ended up with an operation to solve it, that was like someone turned a switch off instantly pain gone. I was taking Codeine, diclofenac, paracetamol and ibuprofen all at the same time, I was totally spaced out.

Have you tried a TENS machine? I found that they help a lot and sure Vicki will have one for the baby pains? Just be careful when you're out cause the buzzing sounds like something else lol.

Here's my thoughts Paul to help you choose;

Audi if you want to make more money cause when you are fully trained and a few years under your belt you can set up as an independent and charge loads for repairs.

Ford so you can help all of us on here with our problems

V*****ll if you want to lose all your friends but be extremely busy constantly repairing the same cars over and over again with the same faults.

#390136 Close To Disaster? Confessions!

Posted by Philf1 on 25 July 2014 - 09:37 PM

Father forgive me I have sinned twice and in my defence I was a lot younger haha.

First set off in my MG metro to knebworth for a queen concert with my mate. After a few miles oil starts spilling out onto the windscreen so pulled over. I'd forgot to replace the filler cap after filling oil up day before. Rest of journey done with a cloth stuck in top lucky it didn't catch onto the engine.

Second in the MGB GT on a Sunday morning on the way to a friends daughters christening, we are to be god parents, driving down road when near side rear wheel comes off and overtakes car like a bouncing bomb. Car falls onto axle and grinds to a halt wheel bounces down road into a bus shelter. Lucky it was Sunday and no buses or someone would probably have been killed.

Funny now looking back but at the time it was pretty scary.

#390117 Non Ford Owners Opinions Of Fiesta St's

Posted by Philf1 on 25 July 2014 - 09:16 PM

At the end of the day I'm happy with mine so I don't care what the smug German car owners think. Most if them are company cars anyway and are purely a prestige symbol.

Better to be individual and not a keep up with the jones type
