I just thought I say hi again. I've had a mk2 Mondeo ST24 when joined here, then that's got sold in December as I've partX-d it to my wife's X-mas present (A-class) 

Thank the merc messed up real bad, so decided never ever again Since Ford never let me down before, I've picked up a mk1 Focus Estate which I'm so far very happy with. 

 

This is my 6th Ford so far and my second Focus

As the title says. This is a set of dashboard trim from the limited edition ST200

This is unfortunately not the complete set. I only have the dashboard, radio and light switch surroundings. I do not have the door handle pieces which would make it complete.

Needless to say this is still a highly limited piece. Only 300 were ever made and roughly 40-50 is still around...

I can see complete sets going for around £300 so I think I'm being fair asking £100 for it.

I need some SOS help, sorry if it's a sticky, but I gotta ask...

So, my st24 hatch, is locked... but with the keys in the boot... I was an idiot, I was fixing the boot lock, and in the testing process i locked the central locking, and the keys were in the boot when I closed it down... realized it after, but obviously at that point is sort of screwed...

I just got the car, it only came with one set... Breakdown cover and locksmith are no options at the moment, as I don't have AA and they messing me around, locksmith charges unreasonable amounts.. So I'm trying to sort it without them. Smashing the window I try to keep as a last resort.

I had that problem before in my mk2 GLX, the guy came, pulled on the door, put a wire thing in, hooked on the door opener, pulled it, opened the central locking. I tried that, manage to pull the door opener, but it does not open for some reason... tried on driver's side and passenger side...

any suggestions?????

hope someone can give me some tips...

I got this ST24 from a dealer in North Wembley, and i managed to get a fairly good deal on it, but it does have some minor issues. (i hope minor)

-It does not have the original key, and the batteries are dead, so opening the door manually with the key. Sometimes it opens all doors sometimes it doesn't. also, the boot doesn't unlock not with the central locking, not with the key directly using that lock. (tried WD40, so far no luck)

- Passenger side door's electric window control doesn't work, yet I can operate it from the driver's door control panel.

These are my current and most important issues with it. It has some other small problems, like one of the jacking point covers missing (need to buy one), and the right side front fog light needs canging, the seats I'd like to change, and also the door inserts

Biggest exterior fault is the rust was treated on the rear right wheel arch and whoever did it, did a sh!t job So at some point that needs fixing, but that only because it bothers my eyes...


Any help appreciated on the current issues!

The current one: 1997 2.5 V6 ST24 hatchback

The exes: 1999 Mondeo 2.0 GLX hatchback; 2000 Mondeo 2.0 Ghia saloon automatic; 2002 Focus 2.0 hatch automatic; 1998 Windstar 3.8 V6 minivan

Love big U.S Fords, and next to the ST soon to be an Explorer, but can't help it, love the ST mondeo ))
