Pdc & Muting Music / Radio?

Can this be done?

On a previous car of mine, the radio/cd would either mute or dip right down when reverse is selected.

I've had a browse on the settings on the touch screen in the car, but found nothing?

Just thought its a nice feature, not only that, the gong isn't very loud to start with.

Brake Caliper Colour?

Im looking to freshen things up a bit on the car, and the calipers are an eye sore.

What colour would you guys go for? I'm thinking black or silver?
Black wouldn't really be noticeable (not that I'm looking for them to stand out), but silver would give it that fresh clean look.

Denso Sat Nav Disc

Where would be the best place to get a new sat nav disc for my Denso unit?

I think mine is quite an old version, and could do with one that is up to date.

 

I've had a quick look on ebay, but I'm guessing by some of the prices, they aren't the original versions, just copies?

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?


Alloy Wheel Colour

I'm currently refurbishing my wheels (MK2 Ghia's), and would like to know if anyone knows the paint code, or atleast one close to it?

I quite like the colour of the 17" Titanium/Zetec wheels, but not sure if it would be the same?


Front Seat Removal

I'm looking to remove the front seats to give the carpet a deep clean, but just want to check how to disconnect the wiring.
I take it it's just a case of disconnecting the battery for 15-20mins, then unplug?

Some have said either don't turn the ignition on throughout the removal/refitting, or disconnect the battery for up to an hour?

Also, is it a T50 Torx for the bolts?
