Mk 4 Fiesta Drive Belt Noisy / Heater Stays On

Good morning everybody, the drive belt of my fiesta is very noisy and my heater stays on all the time even i close the heater levers. Any ideas?

Drive Shaft Removal

Good evening to all and happy new Year!!
I am a Ford Fiesta mk4 mod 96 owner and I have problem how to remove the LH drive shaft inner side from the gear box, since there is no evidence of any bolts or something like that. Is someone who have some experience on it.
