If anyone is interested, there's a commercial program available by the guy who aids Civil-zz.  See link below.

Costs about £ 80 delivered, thats adapter and software.

Updates will be available and it does FF3   also  from what i can see.

 it supports S-max but still not in English completely

Thank you so much for reply I tried run as admin but not work seems to be windows 8 problem I will try it on other machine thanks again

just got it to work.dont forget to run as admin

not working for me give me this message box 

component 'mscomm32.ocx' or one of dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid

I used WinRAR to extract the file before run it any help please
