Zetec S Mk5

hi all i have a mk5 fiesta zetec s which has been lowered front and back but recently i have noticed some weird noises coming from the front of the car,ive checked wheel bearing and there fine it only happens when turning right at low speeds,as its been lowered would anti roll bar rods need to be changed,im not sure all coments are welcome thanks
