Put your reg into registration lookup on the ford etis site http://www.etis.ford...eRegSelector.do

You will get details of your car, click on There are more minor features for this vehicle, click to expand this list.  and have a look through the list of features you s max has or hasn't got

#344616 What To Do Next...!?

I could :)

I'm going to do my calipers over next few days but undecided whether to go orange or red and get gel overals to match... Opinions?

Thanks :)

Rule of thumb is not to have more than 3 colours, white, black and the tail lights being red I would go red callipers,  ;)

This guide is for the Sony 6 disc dab but will give you a good idea of what's involved, I can remember reading that the NX unit has a mic built into it for voice commands this might explain the stalk with the voice button.

Also have a read through this, it's for the Kuga but has reference to the NX unit

I looked at this kit before going the factory route, you've made a really good job of fitting it James.

I like where you've fitted the module as well.

I read that the kit can also support voice control it would be interesting to see if it was possible.

Hi Buddy, you need to change the VIN on the second hand module. The VIN will be different to that of the other modules on the cars CAN (network) and will be ignored.

Cheapest and easiest way is a modified ELM327 and the latest ELMconfig once you have these follow what's on my pic

Hey welcome lovely car how did you get on with the Bluetooth was it easy enough to do

Yes as my car was pre wired for it, just had to buy the module, radio stalk, microphone and two patch cables. Is this something your considering? I've loads of pics of the install, location of component and how to fit.
