#429681 Nearly Sideswiped!

Posted by JoeZS19 on 19 November 2014 - 04:39 PM

Don't know why but in the last four months since I've owned my fiesta I've had so many people nearly wipe me out pulling across into the lane I'm in. It's not even if it's a dark coloured car, it's bright blue ffs!
But what really annoys me is when they start mouthing off when it's their fault :@

It's definitely made my reactions sharper, and I'm a pro with the horn now haha

#427981 St Colour And Sat Nav

I've got the same possible future dilemma..

I really like the spirit blue, but I've seen a couple of red ones about and They look great too.

Black looks mean and understated but can be a pain to keep clean and will show swirl marks, scratches etc (obviously can reduce these but is more work)

Really don't like the molten orange colour, just looks to weak/faded to me. But some people love it

Just go with which ever colour your heart leans more towards, I'm sure from what st owners have said the way the car drives will soon take your mind off of the colour haha.

Do it, I've just picked my ST3 yesterday and can't stop jumping in to go for a drive. Trip says I'm adveraging 38mpg but that's as I'm taking it easy for a steady break in. And dealer matched the price I got offered from EMC forces cars which was fantastic.

I'm sure I would be doing the same, finding excuses to drive it aha

Titanium has more toys and gadgets, where as the zs has the lowered suspension, sportier seats and body kit

I don't like it when it rains, although with waxing the car does get an awesome beading on it ;)

#408988 Pictures On Iphone App

Hey,

I've got the owners club forum app on my iPhone,
Just wondered why certain pictures people have uploaded won't load and show a grey picture torn in half?
Anyone else had this trouble?

No, I didn't stop I was just slow because of the heat. But the 29 hours were done in 3 days so not nonstop. Just summarized the workingtime from the 3 days and came out to 29 hours. The result was worth it :)

Yeah that's what I thought, thought you must of went to sleep at some point aha

Cheers chaps. As for the mat fixing points (drivers side), are they already installed in the carpet?

Yep :), two round lugs you push the mats over

That looks awesome :) definately gonna just get the stuff I'm missing and spend a full day doing it

Do it bud you won't regret it!
I didn't even look after my old one nowhere near as much as this one, but when I took it to trade it in it felt nice when they said how good of a condition it was in :)

29h detail? Surely that's not 29hour aha!
Does look great though, what did you use?

I agree with you Mental_Atom! Gave a bit more detail then I did aha.

5-6hours though!? No wonder you said it gets dark at night now ;)

Clean your car is an awesome site though, i see the drying towel is out of stock, think I must of ordered the last one earlier haha.

The initial cost of everything may seem high but most of the stuff lasts ages and keeps your new car looking nice! Dodo juice hard candy wax is another product I would recommend and a single application lasts 2-3 months which isn't bad.

Just read reviews, take the plunge and experiment until you find your ideal set up :)

Enjoy!
