Tow Bar + Fitting

Hi, i'm thinking of getting a tow bar fitted to my focus, any one know how much this will cost for the compleat job, ie tow bar & fitting. What should I pay ?? cheers Jase
Spark Plug change, 2years, or 20,000 miles

Hi, I have a focus 1.6 zetec, it says to change spark plugs every 20,000 miles, is it best to do this evey two years regardless of milage. At present only doing around 7,000 miles per year, 14,000 in 2 years . Any advice ? Cheers Jas

Hi, I'm going to change the plugs in my focus zetec. Ive been thinking about the Bosch Super 4, but not sure which would do the best job. Ive heared that NGK are popular ?. A mate of mine says that Bosch are the number one brand at present ?. At the moment I have the Motorcraft ford brand in, they have covered around 13,000 miles. Could anyone give me advice,?
