That looks amazing.

The favoured security device on this forum at the moment seems to be a steering wheel lock. There is also a thread going discussing trackers.

Never flush an engine, can reveal more problems than it can solve. Regular oil changes using top quality oil is the best thing for an engine.

Next on the cards is an engine change (1.7 puma engine, obviously), but that is likely to be in a couple of years when I've finished uni (broke now lol). Plan is to have a more sensible everyday driver, and then turn this into a right fun car (might even be faster than my Saab :D

Also, the front speakers have been changed yet again. This time for Alpine SPG-13C2, really impressed with the midrange on these, and still using the awesome Climax Audio tweeters. Bass is not up to much on the Alpines, but then that doesn't matter with the Vibe 6x9's and the 12" sub. Created a really balanced sound now I'm well pleased with it.

For showing off the bass, I'd highly recommend listening to Bassotronics - Bass I Love You, it's an epic track.

Right, big update:

Lowering springs fitted :)

G MAX 60mm lowering springs fitted all round the car. I fitted the rear springs on Friday but the front was all rusty around the bolts so I took it in to the garage to get them to do the front. Anti roll bar drop link had to be replaced but apart from that all good.

I'm pretty happy with how it looks, although I think the rear is a touch too low, maybe 50mm on the rear would have been better. Anyways what do ya think?

Really think the rear shocks need changing as soon as possible, as I get some odd noises when there's someone sat in the back. But should really do front and rear anyway.

Also, in the pictures you can see the addition of the boot spoiler and the tailgate has also been resprayed :)

Have to say I see that sort of corner cutting a lot. Really, really annoys me, especially as half the time I'm sure the people don't see anything wrong with it.
