I would suggest giving a company such as Dtuk a call and speaking with them.
They will give you all available options and explain the gains for each option.

Advice! Do NOT plug in a tuning box, it's no good! you are (much) better off with a decent chip tuning / remapping. And you do not need a tuning box anymore.
If you want to replace the ECU with the 163bhp programming, its a waste of money.Your ECU can be remapped

Disagree with you on this one. If you buy a proper tuning box and not a box of resistors from eBay they are fantastic.

Why don't you just buy a proper tuning box that is designed for your car and engine. I have a Dtuk red power box on my 163 Bhp and it's fantastic.

I am not sure you can retrofit. You need the windscreen mounted sensor, control system and switchgear.
